I stopped by Adam's place today and put up the money to get the group buy going for me. Never met him before but he seems to be a nice guy and very good grasp of the NFA process.

Paid for my suppressor today as well. Adam seems to be a great guy who knows his stuff.

The wait is going to drive me nuts though....

Thank you both for stopping by today, glad to see we have some eager new members to the NFA addiction/hobby.

If you are not in business you dont need a business license. The fee to the state for a Corp is $100/year, cant imagine an LLC would be much more.
I thought this was doubled to $200 by the legislature this year?

$175 for suppressor only, $389.18 with sales tax and ATF transfer tax.

$419 for suppressor and P22, $652.94 with sales tax and ATF transfer tax.

Cash, MO, or credit card. All credit cards are + 3%.

Post here or drop me an email/PM to be included in the buy.

While we wait for the suppressors to transfer to me I will find a lawyer to help those that want to setup a trust. Once the suppressors are in hand i will work with all participants to get the ATF form 4 filled out and filed.

Add me to the list for the combo package. When do you need the money and how much do you need down? I'd also prefer to establish a trust before I actually do the Form 4, I don't want to hassle with fingerprints and pictures and signatures and crap. Keep me posted on what you find out about lawyers.

I am no expert but a quick look at the NV SOS site i saw $75 for the initial recording of the corp and $125 for the annual list of officers. For $200 upfront and $125/year you can have a corp and a certificate from the state that says you are a legal entity and not self certifying a trust.

I added you to the list. Payment needs to be in full this week so i can order the cans and pistols, both of which i pay upfront for.

I am still on the hunt for a local lawyer who is willing to get involved in evil NFA trusts, everyone i have called or been referred to has declined. Anyone have any lawyers they could refer me to?

I am closing the buy tomorrow 1/25. PM me with wether you want just the suppressor or the combo and come by the shop to pay. Credit cards are + 3% for the non-cash discount.

I ordered the suppressors at Shot Show so they are on there way.

Please remove me from the "Maybe" list.

Money problems at the moment. I'm selling some of my favorites to catch up.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

The suppressors were ordered at shot show and the paperwork is pending with the ATF, should be 3-4 weeks. The P22s for those who ordered combos should be here next week.

I still have not found a local lawyer who is willing to handle the trusts.
