They are at the mercy of IWI right now. IWI is shipping to distributors constantly but not in equal fashion so dealers like NFA have ZERO control of time frames. There are people who had preorders dating back to December which are still not filled. Many of the 18" models are just now shipping from IWI so it also depends on what model/color you ordered.
