Are consigned firearms constrained by the same silly background check requirements as private party, or since the firearm is in the inventory of the FFL can a CCW forego the background check?

Yep, that's Emmalee's. She's still there, and grooming her grand daughter, Emmalee (who the business is named after), to take over.
Not sure if this is the same couple, but in the mid 90's I purchased a Colt 1991 brand new from an older gentleman in Pahrump who ran a shop out of his house. He worked as a security guard in Vegas at one of the casinos. Not the same couple, no?

I don't know. I didn't meet them until about 2002, and Dan wasn't quite an 'older gentleman' then.

I always pass by there gunhand but never been in. I see they moved to the middle a while back is it worth going in.
Yes, They have tripled the space they had at the other unit. They are stocking quite a bit of accessories and of course guns and ammo when they can get it.
