That must've been one heck of a slingshot to get groups like that at 1K yards!

I'll give some to that, for sure. I'm shooting steaming pile compared to what he is shooting, but the skill has to be there. That is something to the tune of 0.29 MOA'ish at 1K.

Based on the stated 2.8125 inch group I'd guess 3 inch diameter.

That's a great group any body should be proud of, best I have ever done is 11 1/2" at 1000 in Reno with a stock Steyr HS 50 in .50 BMG and a 16x Super Sniper scope.

I note the group is oval shaped - the wind causes greater deviation than velocity variation. I would like to know the velocity standard deviation for the load.
That is excellent shooting from an accurate rifle with outstanding ammunition.

I was inspired by this, and decided I should practice. Loaded some up and went to cold creek area today. My best load/group outta 8-5rd batches. Being honest, I feel I will never attain that level of awesomeness, but I will still try.
