Hog Hunting Nevada

NDOW doesn't have any control over hogs. They are controlled by the department of agriculture. I do not believe that there are tags or a season. The hogs in Nevada were farm animals and hogs that got out from little game reserves years ago.

Here are some responses of that someone got on another forum:

Feral hogs are under the jurisdiction of the Nevada Department of Agriculture. They are not considered wildlife per se. They are classified as feral (wild) and estray (released from captivity); therefore they are under the authority of the Brand Inspectors.

That's why they're not listed on the NDOW site. I just sent an email to the Dept. of Agriculture. So we should have an answer shortly.
Edward, the Nevada Department of Agriculture does not authorize the hunting of feral pigs.

I think you can get around that by hunting them on private property after asking for permission from the owner. From what I have found, they are very destructive and are a big nuisance up there, and many people will welcome you harvesting one.

yeah that figures, wait until they get out of control here and they'll be begging us to hunt them.
