Check with forum sponsor Gun Butler, if he doesn't have one, he can probably make one up and then do it, it's not difficult if you have a vertical mill.

Or buy them from Sarco, and do it yourself. They show out of stock at the moment, but call them, their website doesn't get updated that fast and frequently something that says out of stock has come back in, or they will send you to an alternate source.
