Came out looking great Bob. When El Camino's first came out, I always wanted one. It wasn't until after my wife passed away and my kids were long gone that I got a truck. Only a 2001 S-10 and nowhere near as customized as yours, but I still love having my first truck. Had it for ten years now and still as purty as the day I got it.

Didn't come out as clean as I hoped. Long story short, unseen delays caused me to rush the finished project!

My prep and my materials.

Had Darren at Kustom Kolors in Pahrump do a quick scuff and shoot. But I have a hell of a guide coat now!!!!!!

Also had a new windshield installed. Glass guy BENT the trim . . . and didn't tell me! Since I supplied the new molding clips, I have no recourse. He can blame it on me!

Live and learn.

That paint is fantastic! Beautiful ride.
Thanks. It's actually a factory Ford color, 1991-97 Thistle.

It's got pearl, and it's a little darker than the purple Chrysler reintroduces/rebrands every decade or so.
