New Frontier Armory is seeking personable and motivated sales staff that understand the sales process and have a desire to be sure that we deliver first class service to each customer that enters our doors.
Minimum qualifications
- Sales experience
- General firearms knowledge (safety, manipulation, firearm makes/models, accessories, calibers, etc)
- General computer (PC) knowledge
Key personal characteristics
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn a great deal of information on regulations, products, procedures, etc
- Be able to adapt with ever-changing regulations, products, policies, and procedures.
- Adhere to the strict regulations set forth by not only us, but also the ATF, DPS, and other agencies.
The Sales Staff position at New Frontier Armory is a demanding job that is not for the faint of heart. It is often fast paced and will test your intelligence, patience, and ability to adapt on the fly. You will be held to a higher level of performance expectation than what is deemed "industry standard", as that is what New Frontier Armory demands in order to be amongst the best of the best.
