I purchased a revolver I could not take home in my luggage. I have a C&R and I called NFA , to see if they would ship it to me. I spoke to a lady, explained my situation and was advised no problem. My son and I went to NFA presented the revolver to one of the clerks and I asked for it to be bubble wrapped before shipping. I gave them a copy of my C&R was advised the charges and given a copy of invoice.
My gun was packed for shipping, wrapped in the bubble wrap and shipped as I requested.
The gun arrived in condition I left it.
No BS from the clerk handled in a very professional way. It is nice to have an option to ship in case like this.
