Was in Sportsmans Wherehouse (Las Vegas) looking for .22lr bricks. Sales rep said they haven't had any for a few months. What's up with that?

Supplies of .22LR have been low for the last four years. Where have you been hiding?

The one in Vegas hasn't had any for years. Then the day after the election when Trump won I happened to go by. The shelves were full! Must have had 300 boxes. Guess they were hoarding it in back before. they have all kinds of pistol ammo again now too. I don't really care. I have enough to last the rest of my life.

Sportsman's WAREHOUSE in Reno has not had bricks in years! Lucky to get three 50 rd. boxes at a time.
TONS of 22 in reno now...
i was in scheels in sparks friday and they had a lot of 22 but only a few brands and was selling 5k cases of aquila for $399...cabelas was also stocked with a large verity of brands and had most of the good match ammo on the shelves....500 bricks in both stores.

Carson City Sportsmans gets bricks fairly regular. Often enough that I finally quit buying them every time I see them.

I'm starting to see my favorite CCI Standard very often. It's the cleanest, quietest and most accurat out of my supressed 22/45 Lite.

At the Wal*Marts here in Reno, when the 22LR comes in, a large load of it will last around 20 minutes before it is all sold. Timing has to be perfect to find the 22LR at Wal*Mart, as that is about the lowest price anywhere for the .22LR.

Otherwise, Wal*Mart usually has a fairly nice stock of other ammo, sometimes even some rarer stuff.

Not sure why youd even want to go looking for ammo at Walmart when Scheels has it for $3.99 per 50 and Cabelas has it for $4.99 per 50.

CCI Mini-Mags? That's what is cheap at Wally*Mart. Cheaper than anywhere else around here.

Aquila is a low grade match ammo..$3.99 at scheels...the bonus is you don't have to go to Walmart to get.

We have 2 Sportsman's Warehouse's here in Phoenix. Both are always well stocked with .22's. And all at good prices. In fact I'm going there this morning.
