I came in right as the door was unlocked today, was promptly greeted and expertly taken care of yet again by Ivan. When things got busy, I was asked if I needed help by no less than three people when Ivan was taking care of others while waiting on my paperwork. I know you hear (or read) this all the time, but I doubt it gets old for you. So....
