For sale is my SIG P220 Elite Dark with factory Short Reset Trigger, Sig metal Hogue grips, and X-Ray3 sights installed by Sig, replacing the adjustable sights that never worked properly on these Elite Dark models. The gun is in Nitron finish and looks completely black. The frame and barrel are made in Germany. This is the European version with extended beaver tail.
I put maybe 3 or 4 boxes of ammo through it and the adjustable rear sights kept coming lose. So, I sent it out to Sig to install X-Ray3 sights. When the gun came back I just put it in my safe and it lived there ever since. Just recently found it again and shot it. It is a great P220 and shoots really well. However, I got into the 2011 game recently, and started to thin out the guns I no longer shot. I can always use this thing as another home defense, but figured someone may want this great gun to enjoy shooting.
Comes as a full kit with additional (2) 8-round magazines (4 magazines total). The gun is practically new, looks new, and now has better sights installed professionally by Sig. I believe that this P220 setup with a German frame is fairly rare.
