Nevada Shooters may also be referred to herein as “2A Group LLC, “Forum” or “The Forum”. Your commitment to these rules in all message board services, Forum areas, sample uploads, and/or other message or communication facilities’ (including any contents of any of these services or facilities) designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group, ensures a positive experience for all our users. Nevada Shooters is not obligated to send users or hosts a warning before deleting any content.

Mutual Respect of Others

The Administrators and Moderators encourage everyone to treat each other with mutual respect. Do not use any communication or collaboration services to threaten, harass, stalk, insult or abuse others participating in these services. Please consider that we are all about mutual respect for ourselves and others. Please be respectful in all areas of the Forum.

Disruptive Activity

Nevada Shooters does not tolerate disruptive activity online, such as persistent off-topic comments and postings or statements that incite others to violate the rules or participate in illegal activities. Our participants want to chat and post on our collaborative services in a positive environment.

Second Amendment and Political Discussions

Since this Forum is firearms related, we welcome and encourage the discussion of Second Amendment rights. These discussions and topics are further governed by rules posted in the Right to Keep and Bear Arms sub-Forum. All political discussions must be 2A related or they will be locked or deleted. Repeated violations may be temporarily or permanently banned. Please keep on-topic as it relates to the discussion at hand.

Keep It Legal

Nevada Shooters does not condone or allow any illegal activities. You cannot use the collaborative services to publish, post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, or other unlawful material or information. Also, you may not use this Forum to discuss any illegal activity.

You may not use any of the collaborative services for the purpose of linking to external sites that violate these Rules and Regulations.

Usernames

Please make sure that the username you choose is the one you are willing to keep. Having multiple usernames on this Forum will not be tolerated and will result in an instant ban.

Don't Spam

Please don't "spam" through our collaborative services, none of our users like it. To spam includes sending identical and irrelevant submissions to many different discussion groups, Forum emails, or Personal Messages. Usually such postings have nothing to do with the particular topic of the group or are of no real interest to those on the mailing list. To spam also includes misrepresenting the source of anything you say or post.

Nevada Shooters reserves the right to ban a user at any time, without notice, from any or all collaborative services for spamming.

Advertising

If you are a business, it is against the rules to promote/offer/sell your goods and services without a Commercial Sponsor title. If you wish to promote your business, please contact us to get more info on how to become a Commercial Sponsor. We offer multiple advertising plans to suit your needs and budget. Advertising and/or soliciting of goods and services is prohibited unless you are a Commercial Supporter.

Trading Post

IF YOU POST AN AD OUTSIDE OF THE TRADING POST, YOU WILL BE BANNED FOR 30 DAYS!

Nevada Shooters offers a trading post where private citizens can buy/sell/trade firearms and firearm-related goods such as ammo, accessories and more. You must agree to the most current Trading Post Rules before participating in the Trading Post. Any abuse, including attempting to circumvent the Trading Post Subscription requirement to post ads, will be met with an instant ban. The decision to conduct transactions with anyone is your own and you should conduct your own research prior to making any decisions.

Events

The events section is for members and commercial sponsors to plan and coordinate shooting and social events. This section is further governed by rules posted in the events section. Please feel free to use these sections to setup your own shoots but note that any shoots are considered non-sanctioned events and Nevada Shooters and it's owners bear no responsibility for them.

Final Thoughts on The Rules and Regulations

In helping to make our collaborative services a great place to meet, chat and exchange ideas, you must do your part to uphold this Rules and Regulations.

Nevada Shooters also reserves our right to amend or change the Rules and Regulations at any time without notice. You agree to periodically review this document to ensure you are familiar with all the rules and requirements of the using the Forum. By using the Forum you agree to all of these rules and will hold Nevada Shooters harmless for any activities you participate in while using the Forum. Please be active and answer questions were you can. We are all learning and are all at different stages of development and need to foster collaborative input to further this along. Try to bring others into the fold by inviting them to events and introducing them to the sport. Remember by our examples we are all judged so be mindful of how you represent yourselves to others.
