We put that on our website because some people purchase firearms and never come back. We try calling, emailing smoke signals, texting to no avail. We make every reasonable effort short of going to a house to get ahold the person. We always do our best to help our people. If someone falls ill or something happens you can alway call us and we will hold it for you. We don't charge a storage fee other than the fee for transfers.
