227,000miles on the SUV. I bought it from another member here. I've owned it now for four years I believe, it had the lifter tick back then and still has it. It's passed smog every year, the same smog guy knows the truck. When I pull up he smiles "still ticking huh" l smile............Yep !
It Runs Strong and has plenty of power. The interior is in great shape. I have extra rear seats too. Has a few dings but nothing major. When I got it I dropped the oil pan, clean inside, no shaving or particles.complete tuneup, front brakes, coolant flush, some other stuff. Only change oil now. I drive it everyday almost since I got it.church, doctors, grocery, shooting, etc. a few trips down to Arizona , Laughlin, beauty, Kingman...etc. only broken down once in Fort Mojave and 1/2 mile from auto parts store, the belt tensioner, so that's fairly new. I limped in, hour later...fixed...back on the road.
I'm not selling because I think the truck is going to break or anything. Since the stroke I had..things aren't the same with me. I had a small incident a few weeks ago, the drivers side door mirror will need replacing. I don't want to hurt anyone. It's time for me to accept things for what they are. And quit driving

This thing cruises down the road, very smooth and straight, no shaking, uneven tire wear...etc. other than the tensioner this truck has been 100% reliable. Starts and goes. I really want to keep it. I put maybe a quart a month of oil in it, not cause it's burning oil, just leaking it out.
The pros
Everything works
Passes smog every year, no issues.
Never seen a check engine light, Cooper tires excellent. New headlights
New wipers
New air filter
Has 250 Watt midnight special CB amp installed
All lights work, replaced 3rd brake light assembly. 4x4
Original 5.3 liter v8

The cons,
Heat-AC works good but might be coming due for recharge.
Lifter Tick
Gaskets leaking, pan, valve cover, other, not sure.
Brake lights on, sometimes. Brakes work great
Subwoofer is scratching, that just started.
