Here is my Beretta 92FS, in unfired condition, It is the first generation Air Force and Marine Corp edition, and it also has the gold hammer and screw option.
In the factory case.

No stories, this is ready to go. I am located a few blocks from Palace Station. Private Seller

Pretty sure a Beretta 96 is chambered in 40 S&W.

If this is a 9mm it should be a Beretta 92.

Maybe double check?
