Does anyone here have any good recommendations for classic car insurance?

I use American Modern, doesn't have to be registered as classic, and I estimate my annual mileage.

Read the fine print with some of the companies, they may limit your use and mileage. With that being said I have looked at both Hagerty and Grundy in the past and was not completely discouraged.

I used Hagerty and didn't have any issues. Price was right but I never had to file a claim.

I also use Hagerty. Had it a long time but never filed a claim, so I don't know that that is like. The price has been pretty good compared to daily driver insurance, and they seem flexible with cars. I've had my share of 60's and early 70's muscle cars with Hagerty, but now they are also insuring my 2004 350Z and 2003 Ram (but can't use it for towing)

I’ve used hagerty for years and they even let you listen it as a ‘seasonal daily driver’ and they seem to not care if you do things like throw lumber in the bed of a classic truck. Years ago they told me no off road and no towing unless it was like towing a classic trailer or classic car as a package or something.

They used to require indoor storage but seem to not anymore.

You can declare your anticipated mileage.

I just switched my truck to State Farm though because it saves like $600 a year on my homeowners. They seem a little more restrictive but whatever.
