Looking to buy a used budget ar lower

Looking for a used AR lower for a budget build for my son.
Stripped is OK, but would rather find one with parts kit already installed.
Not looking for high end, this one is going to be a beater.

You can find new lowers pretty cheap, if you don't find a used one.

Really difficult to beat Palmetto state lowers on pricing anywhere, $130 shipped is quite common. If you're willing to build stripped, I just finished one for $110 total. I also finished one for $140 with magpul MOE furniture and nickel boron trigger group.
