Looking to get myself a nice birthday present, and thought I'd see if anyone here has anything interesting or cheaper than new.
1. Rifle/carbine in 45-70, single-shot or lever (unless theres something else I don't know about). I've mostly been looking at the Marlin 1895cba (straight stock, 18.5" barrel, 6rds), but also potentially interested in others. Prefer a wood straight stock and no more than 24" barrel, but I'm flexible if it's cool and/or the price is right.
2. Smith & Wesson Model 69 with the 4.25" barrel. Figure this ones kind of a long shot, but couldn't hurt to ask.
