Not the TX-22 Competition model , it has never been that low.

You are thinking of the standard TX-22.

You won't be disappointed! I want to get a second one, even a third. My kids keep it occupied at the range. Super reliable and accurate. I've put countless different ammos through and only the very cheapest lowest velocity will get it to hiccup and even then not much.
I added the fiber optic front sight from tandemcross as well as their mag extension on 4 of the 5 magazines. All TX22 come threaded. The tx22 I got is green lipsys exclusive. Enjoy! Fun ass gun to shoot. (n cheap)

I know most of the reviews for this pistol are good. My experience, so far, with my TX22 Comp has been not so good. I have taken it to the range a couple times and put about 500 rounds through it. I had a lot of feeding issues with the rounds nose diving, using all major brands of ammo. I have not gone through 1 mag without getting at least 2 failures. It is most likely a mag issue, as there are numerous posts on the problem. I recently broke down the mags, gave them good scrub down, and will try my luck again. It is just hard to like it, when my Ruger Mark IV runs ALL the time.

Hmm. Ya that's definitely not fun. I've put 1500 plus rounds through mine. One time I did have a magazine that was not feeding it up all the way but that was one that I had taken apart and put in the different Springs and stuff for the tandemkross extension. After I took it apart and wiped it all down and reassembled it was fine. Hopefully it's just a magazine issue. Update us on the thread and let us know.
