WTB Taylor Alaskan Takedown

I've been looking for one of these! I'll take either .357 or .44. Based out of Henderson but willing to drive. Will pay $1600

I went on their website and they have them instock direct from Taylor. With shipping there 1735.00 but new. I’m stumped on 44mag or 357. Prob go with 44 mag

Shopping around, checking GB, you may find one around 1500 to 1600, though that probably won't include tax and shipping. Sportsman's Warehouse carries that model too, though currently out of stock at the one near me. You can ask to be notified when they have them. That'd probably be the cheapest way or nearly so.

They've been out of stock for a good long time. At least a year when I look. Not only this, I've been on the Taylor waiting list for it for 4 months. Called them then, Taylor reported they're having manufacturing delays this entire time, and the demand massively outstrips output. If I could get it now, for slightly less than new, that would be fine.

Been burned by GunBroker, won't use em. Also fine with waiting another 4 months.
