Been looking for a 3/4 ton pickup, almost bought a Ram, but after about 3 weeks of research I ended up ordering a Ford F-250 with the 7.3 Godzilla gas engine. I'm hoping it works out, it should be my last new vehicle..... Dealer says normal delivery is about 3 months.....

Well, I've got this 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser with 74K miles on it. It keeps running and addresses my needs well, oh, and a 2002 Honda S2000 with 32K miles. Nuthin new here! I may never buy a new vehicle again. Might convert the S2000 to diesel though.

Wait you said you ordered an F150 Lightning electric Ford truck? 😁😀
I thought NV Energy was going to be giving those away free next year to welfare recipients for local shopping only. That, after everyone finds out they can't go cross country due to lack of charging stations or function well in the dead of winter.

Bought the wife a new Honda Pilot in 2019, first new car she's ever owned. I bought a new Toyota Tacoma in 2003, never gave ANY trouble, coming up on 300,000 miles, and I've got folks standing in line to buy it..... It's been the best vehicle I've ever owned, but need something a bit heavier.....

Ford vs Chevy vs Dodge - they all have their pluses and minuses, their high points and low points. I am on my 6th F250/F350 since 1985 so I have no complaints overall. If I was going to consider getting another F350 and since we longer tow a fifth wheel, I would go with the 6.2 or 7.3 gas options. I don't think the mileage discrepancy between diesel and gas is that big anymore. And even if it was, knocking 10 to 12K off the sticker by not getting the diesel option, buys a whole heck of a lot of gasoline.

My 89 F150 4x4 still going strong with 170K on the little 302 / 5.0 in it, so far, just tires, lube and oil filter, and the AC compressor once about 10 years ago.

Kia SUV. Kia is supposed to introduce a small truck this year. Same size as the Bronco.

That is interesting. The Tasman (Kia's truck entry) does not look like just a Kia version of Hyundai Santa Cruz. It actually does look more like the Maverick (in exterior trim).
