The POPQUIZ hostage head target system is now available from MOA, made of 3/8" AR500. As a 50% scale IPSC Metric target with a 4" diameter paddle, this setup works great with pistols at 12 yards, or intermediate rifles at 100 yards.

Available as a weld kit for do it yourself types, or a complete target system for those who just want to go shoot that hostage.

That's an awful reasonable request. I'll get it updated tonight. Is cubits an acceptable unit of measure, or.should I use furlongs?

Spans would be more appropriate for that range.

I prefer all measurements to be in Hands. It's easier that way.

It's older, so it must be better. Just ask the Colt 1911 guys, there's no substitute.
