For sale: one certificate from Glock good for a Glock pistol of your choice, $425. Certain models require an upgrade fee.How it works: You find a friendly dealer, and mail their FFL with this certificate, plus any upgrade fee. Many weeks later, Glock sends the pistol to the FFL and you do a normal transfer.
I have used several of these over the years for myself and sold several certificates to others, including Nevada Shooters members. (Glock has no problem with transferring the certificates and even provides a form for it.) The catch is they sometimes take a long time to fill, depending on the factory cycle.
I currently have one certificate for sale. This is the original, watermarked certificate, number YCA-180373 (must be redeemed by March 2019).
