Just so you know, we do not need FFL/background check for private party transaction here in Nevada. However, it's your property and you can ask for whatever fit your needs. GLWS.

Since he's not a resident of the state, he is correct. And he's choosing to inform and comply, which unfortunately only a good guy will do.

Actually I think he just edited to add that info of non-NV resident (if I am not mistaken with the original post).

My original ad only stated that it had to go through an FFL, but didn't say why. YoungGun replied that an FFL/background wasn't needed under the belief that the sale was between two Nevada residents. After his post, I edited it to specify why I *needed* to use an FFL. Just want to follow the law...
