What happened to "Do not try and negatively influence a sale" and "Do not post in people's for sale threads unless you are interested in buying it."? If you don't like one of the proposed terms in my offer, then please PM me and we can discuss if that term is fixed in stone or flexible... or simply keep it to yourself and don't buy it. But please don't post in the sale thread implying that half the board has a problem with some unnamed aspect of it.
