1943 2 Million range M1 Garand, this one is newer walnut stock that was ordered from the CMP. I got this rifle from a guy who got it from the DCM a long time ago. When I received it some parts were needed, I installed a new wolf recoil spring, and purchased a NOS op rod (the old one was out of spec and piston worn.) The rear lockbar type 2 sight, bolt for sure are correct to the rifle. The Trigger pack I believe is correct for a later model, but the milled guard is correct to the rifle. The smaller parts inside look to be correct, front sight post, gas cyl lock and plug also looked to be correct. The barrel is dated from what I can tell some time in the 40's (either 43 or 47) the last digit is lightly struck so its hard to tell. The MW is under 3 and TE is a 3+. The bore has good rifling is not rusted or corroded. I shot this in a CMP match earlier this year and it did well. lock up in the stock is perfect; however the forward hand guard split when installing the shield for the op rod. It is fixed with a little wood glue. she shoots great and is a good looking rifle.
If you need more pics just ask

Truck broke and needed to replace my injectors and on a Duramax they are not cheap.
