Hi all- I have for sale or possible trades a Smith & Wesson Model 22-4 Clint Smith/ Thunder Ranch special edition revolver, in .45 ACP. This is an N Frame sized revolver. This uses .45 ACP moon clips and is also marked “Model of 1950” on the barrel.
These were a special edition done by Smith & Wesson some years back in partnership with Clint Smith of Thunder Ranch fame.
Bought by me several years ago, had been well cared for and had about 350 rounds through it in that time. Beautiful deep blueing throughout with very nice checkered wood grips with the Thunder Ranch logo, and also a pair of Pachmayr presentation grips that you see on it currently.
I have the green Thunder Ranch embroidered pistol case, probably 8 steel moon and half moon clips, and probably 12 polymer moon clips as well as a steel moon clip loading tool. Also have a nice Triple K thumb break holster that can be worn in a strong side or crossdraw fashion. You get the whole package and all the accessories.
I’m looking for $1200 for this package. I’m always open to respectful offers and trade ideas. I am located in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas and only ask that a local buyer have their NV CCW permit.
In terms of trades, I’d be interested in a nice condition Smith & Wesson Model 29 44 Mag, a Model 27 .357 Mag, also a high end Remington 1100 12 gauge or Winchester Model 101 12 gauge. I’m open to any ideas but ask they be of similar quality and value.
