Need a GOOD tire balancing Shop

Hello all.

I have a 2019 Toyota 4runner, and if you know anything about these, they are VERY sensitive to balancing.

Apparently these rims require a special finger plate adapter to balance properly.

I took it to my dealership but they couldn't get it right.

Does anyone know of a really good tire shop that does really good tire balancing? Especially dealing with larger tires?

I've called many shops and none of them have heard of the adapter needed for these.

Yes I have work a Fj an a 4 runner an ran into the same issues I had them done at
Samurai Motors they do a great job.
They have the hawki adapter

Yes just let them know what Is going on with it. My fj was the the warped rotars an the 4 runner was the alignment/tire issue thing.

I have Cooper’s on my fj an they are good I got them when they first hit the market in 08 but like what was said they get a flat spot if they sit a day. Let use know how it is going.

I am going today after work.

I talked to them in person and they DO NOT have the haweka adapter. However, the guy does seem like he knows what hes talking about. I'll give them a shot.

My Nittos are way better than my Coopers as far the wobble/vibration goes.

However, I still have a very slight wobble and a high frequency vibration. Going to see if these guys can fix it. The Discount Tire that swapped my tires didn't have a road force machine.

Yes DT let me do an even swap. The Nittos were the same price as the Coopers, so nothing out of pocket.

I definitely like the ride of the nittos, however they are significantly louder than the coopers.

I’ve read (Toyota forums) Toyota’s are really sensitive to tires that are not perfectly round. Which tends to be a common issue with a lot of big name tire brands. I’ve also read Hankook Tires are really true and have been a great option for lifted Toyota’s. I’m about to test that theory soon on my Tundra.

They did my 4Runner and have experience in lifted trucks. I will return once Tundra is lifted.

I've heard many good things about Hankook.

I was between the Nittos and the Hankook ATM RF10.

Two different Discount Tire managers recommended I try the Nittos first because they balance well. They were right. Very little weight required.

So he's done with my balance and these are the final numbers. These seem really good to me for an AT tire. What you guys think?

I'm waiting on alignment now. I'll post those specs when done.

I also have a 2019 4Runner-TRD OffRoad with only stock/OEM suspension and TRD wheels. I have noticed what the 4Runner forum denizens refer to as "Toyota lean" on my truck. My driver side rear sits lower due to the fuel tank and other heavy components being on the left side of the truck. I assume this shop would be a good placd to take it if my OCD gets the better of me and I decide to have a spacer installed to level it out? First I will run the gas tank to at least half empty and see if that makes it less noticable. Thanks

You could call an ask but I’m not sure I know them for alignment.
