Looking for a cheap AR-15 5.56 complete upper, with or without BCG and CH. Plastic hand guard and picatinny gas block (mid-length or carbine gas system) would be ideal: a 16" or a 14.5" with pinned brake. Palmetto or Andersons or similar quality. This will be on a 100yd max coyote gun for night shooting so minute of pie plate accuracy is all that's needed. In Las Vegas and prefer to meet at Bass Pro.
