I hope it’s ok to chime in for you, as a former owner it is one of the rifles of All the M1A’s I’ve owned that I really regret selling. Your laundry list of parts included is impressive. Had I not just purchased another M1 and 37mm I’d probably have a go at it. With your list of first rate extras this is a damn good deal.

Thanks 7.62... I believe the M1A is one of those rifles that you have to have a personal connection to... Takes a special person to appreciate it

I'm pretty sure that the package just have been one that Springfield gave away. I can't confirm, as I bought thru GunBroker, but the volume of Springfield extras included left me with that impression. The scope mount that was originally included had been a Springfield model, but I upgraded to the Sadlak and added the bipod rail, gas piston and cleaning set.
