Yeah the 80℅ my bad I thought they were un serialized and only serialized when sold.

@545x39 No worries brother! 80% frames aren’t considered firearms since you do the work, hence the lack of need for serializing. An unserialized complete frame could have....different....implications we should look to avoid. ?
