Moral of the story - if you decide to raise your price delete the original post and make a new one. You can sell your property for whatever you can get for it, and no deal is complete until money changes hands. But it's not polite to offer an item at one price and then raise that price on the same thread.

Will add to this -

If a forum member CLAIMED the item in the thread, at the original listed price, either uphold your price (unless an obvious typo like listing a $1000 gun for $100), or be banned from the marketplace.

FWIW, I don't see a simple "I'll take it" that was posted in the thread.

It's not a deal until that is posted.

PM's asking details, or making offers, are not the same as claiming and item - ie not a "contract" to buy - per forum rules.
