I’m putting up my CZ Scorpion EVO S1 9mm SBR with upgrades for sale. Includes total of 11 mags, some factory, PGS and Magpul. Upgraded Theta flat trigger and springs was installed by local gunsmith and full polish job. Very nice trigger. Yeti works Switchback grip, AK safety on right side, Avalanche mag release, Nightstrike Diamondback AFG,Urban ERT sling, upgraded charging handle, etc. Can sell this as SBR and buyer can do a Form 4 but that will obvious take time and waiting on buyers part. So will also sell as pistol by removing the stock and I’ll inform the ATF no longer in SBR configuration. $1200 $1000 cash no trades, stock not included sell as pistol only. Buyer to pay transfer fee.
PM me with any questions. Thanks.

I’m curios, so for $1200 you separate the stock from the pistol and sell it to me separated. Or is the $1200 without the stock included. I’m asking because I would sell the stock for the proper brace. I’m kinda tired, so not sure how much sense I’m making.

I guess I’m asking what is the total price including the stock but separated from the gun, or is that intent on my part just having both in my possession.

You cannot take both the pistol and the stock even if they are separated. You would still be guilty of constructive possession as you COULD manufacture an SBR at any time. Yes, this is how our pathetic retarded laws work.

What really cooks my noodle is that you could purchase an AR-15 SBR from someone and be perfectly fine as long as you separate the upper from the lower and own another pistol-configured lower. None of this makes any sense whatsoever.

I’m looking for $1200 either way, the stock honestly doesn’t add much value, it’s the upgrades and extra mags. I couldn’t sell it to you as a pistol and then give you the stock because ridiculous ATF, you’re correct it would be intent on your part having it in possession. However if a friend of yours took possession of the stock and chose to sell it or trade it for a brace, that would be perfectly fine?
