LOL - was gonna point this out - but figured would get dinged for thread crapping -
apparently nobody else could resist!
Would also note that while this will work for hand sanitizer, it is hardly ideal, as it has no substantivity, being a liquid.
Right after all the real hand sanitizer gel ran out, I scored a couple of bottles of 91% rubbing alcohol at Walmart, which you CAN mix with 1/3 Aloe Vera gel to make a 60% hand sanitizer gel with, which works pretty good. I mixed mine a bit stronger, and although runny, it works well.
