Some of you may appreciate this build. This is my 90 YJ that my sons and I are building.
It has a three link in the front with about 2-3” off stretch and a 4 link in the rear with 6-7” of stretch. AX15 transition and NP231 transfercase. The power plant is a 4BT
Thanks, it’s a work in progress. One step forward and two steps back it seams like. The boys are growing like weeds. They just got new over and under Weatherby shotguns, from their grandpa. We were going to start going to CCSP and practice skeet and sporting clays, because they qualified for nationals. Then all of this covid crap started and all of that was cancelled. Looking forward to the CCSP opening back up though.
After not working in this all summer we’re back at it. For the axles regeared with 5.38. That should turn the 40” tires. Motor mounts made tub back on to weld in the hoop cross over. Then it’s completely disassemble to get ready for powder coat.
I hope the suspension settles. At the moment I have to stand facing the rear of the Jeep, reach up and grab the roll bar, jump up to the tire then step back onto the rocker guard step, then turn around into the seat.? quite comical actually. Remember those are 40” tires. So it’s quite the step to get into.

Well, continue waiting top.? I don’t have many stock parts because it had a 4” lift on it already. I’m still not getting rid of anything until the Jeep is finished. But I’ll keep you in mind.
