Looking for decent 1911 in 9mm. Something that functions well and isn’t too nice to shoot. Anyone?

I have a RIA or Armscorp (I forget the branding but of course it's the same thing).
If interested, message me and I'll get pics, specifics.

I have a Llama XI in 9mm. It is a 1911 clone. Full size all steel.

That's a possibility, but I'd recommend a dedicated 9mm with a ramped barrel and extended ejector.
Well understand that part due to the fact a few will mess up the fitting it to a frame does happen. I have had a number of extra Colt frames and slides and fitted them with 9/10/40/22tcm/22lr/460 rowland
Have fired them after my 1911a1 dedicated pistol to that caliber really no difference in handling and accuracy. Each to their own I just like to work on guns change barrels and all the other neat stuff that goes with working on them

I have a Ruger SR1911 commander in 9mm. Only a couple of boxes of ammo through it. No malfunctions. Shoots like a dream. Wife wanted a G19 instead, so I am going to sell the Ruger, or consign it at New Frontier by the end of this month.
