Looking to buy an HK91 or SR9 rifle. Budget is $2800-$3500 depending on condition and what comes with the gun. I found one just out of my price range, looking to save a little if possible from that one. Looking to purchase end of December.

Damn! Wish I could get a deal like that now. The PTR91s are like $1300-$1500. I'd rather save and have the actual German HK.
