I appreciate the suggestions but I am really looking for a 5.56, 7.5” piston pistol and in looking at LWRC, Sig Sauer and Ruger’s sites I am not seeing that combo available; maybe I am overlooking it somehow?

I’ve looked at a number of PWS MK107 reviews and the quality, “ready to go right out of the box”, weight, etc. all seem to fit what I am looking for. If I didn’t care if the gubmint had records of everything I would prefer a PWS MK107 Mod 2-M upper with a Witt Machine and Tool SME, on a F1 UDR-15 Skeletonized Lower with either a Geissele SSA-E or Hiperfire Hipertouch Comp Trigger

In the meantime I will just keep trawling for a PWS MK107 Mod 2(or 1)-M pistol

Keep checking PWS “cannon parts” (blems) I’ve seen plenty of mk107 mod 1 and 2 uppers on there a lot lately. There is a mk107 mod 1 available on there right now. The Diablo (mk107 mod2) was my first PWS, i stuck a law folder on there and it was a great truck gun and looks cool af, but the .223 Wylde version I had suffers big time from low muzzle velocity and effective range (~100 yards max) due to the short barrel. I loaded up on Speer gold dots which still expand reliably down to 1500-1600 ish fps, but I ended up selling it a couple years ago, so there is at least 1 floating around Vegas. I am currently running a PWS mk111 mod2 (11.85”, 11.5-12.5 seems to be the sweet spot) and also their mk116 mod 2 both suppressed and love them. If I ever get a sub 10” barrel ar15 again it will be in .300 black out.

Hayabusa is right it’s not for anything past 100 yards but it’s very compact, easily fits in any standard backpack with a folder and it’s awesome from 0-100 yards. Every other 7 inch AR I’ve been around was like a bomb going off but not this one whatever that muzzle device is it puts it down range and it runs flawlessly any ammo. I love PWS they make excellent rifles. Here’s couple photos of my finished product. I saw one on Gunbroker a few days ago if you haven’t already checked there.

That's just purdy - thanks for sharing! I already have other options for 100 yards and further so that is not a concern for me and I realize I can order one from the manufacturer, a reseller or through an online private party sale (gunbroker, armslist, etc.) but I would prefer to purchase from a private party in NV that I can meet with in person and inspect it personally before continuing the transaction.

Hopefully someone that has one they are thinking about selling (or knows someone who is) see's this WTB ad and we can help each other out.

I totally understand I’m the same way I prefer FTF too, if by some miracle you have Knights Armament SR15 E3Mod 2 I would be willing to let it go for that plus I would add some cash but otherwise I gotta keep mine?
