Jay702 Member (9mm) Apr 6, 2022 Rating - 100% 7 0 0 #10 Apr 6, 2022 #10 You may want to check out the S&W M&P 2.0 compact https://www.smith-wesson.com/firearms/mp-9-m20-36-compact-manual-thumb-safety They come in a 3’6” and 4” barrel and you can find brand new for about $500. They are also coming out with the optic ready slide and flat faced trigger for both sizes- https://www.smith-wesson.com/firearms/mp-9-m20-36-thumb-safety-optics-ready-compact-series Other than that, you can also check out the Ruger Security 9, the Taurus G3 or G3c, and H&K P30. The Springfield XDM elite has a grip safety if that is an option for you. Those have decent grip sizes that are much thicker than the subcompact/micro grips
