Very large silicon crystal ingot for sale for $179
As far as I can tell, this is a pure silicon ingot
“Silicon is a chemical element with the symbol Si and atomic number 14.
It is a hard, brittle crystalline solid with a blue-grey metallic lustre,
and is a tetravalent metalloid and semiconductor.
It is a member of group 14 in the periodic table”
The weight is 23 pounds, 12 ounces
(10.8 Kilograms)
Dimensions:
17-1/8” long (435.1 millimeters)
A little under 4-1/8" across both other dimensions (104 millimeters)
Beveled edges along the long axis, on all 4 of those edges
There is a large chip in one edge, and a small chip on another corner, as shown in the photos below.
I obtained this from a company that did "sputter coating",
though this particular piece may not have been used for that purpose.
Sputter coating is a vacuum deposition process used in industry.

This grille was removed from a 2016 Ford F150 pickup truck with only a year or so on it, then stored in a garage since then.
It should fit 2015 2016 and 2017 F150s

Dusty from years of indoor storage
The only significant flaw I can detect is one broken plastic stud, of the three small ones that are along the bottom inside edge.
The broken stud is shown in the last photo

I removed this unit in working condition from a 1986 Tiffen Allegro motorhome,
where it seems to have been original equipment.
It is a transformer-based charger / converter.
Input voltage: 120VAC
Input current: 7.25 Amps
Output voltage: 12V DC (nominal)
Actual output voltage is about 13.6 VOC (I'll check this and update)
Output current: 40 Amps maximum
Weight: 22 pounds, 9 ounces
