Disclaimer:
I reserve the right to turn away anyone that I feel uncomfortable doing a deal with. I.e.… If you have multiple negative feedback’s, or give me the impression that you may be a prohibited person.
If you fail your BGC, I will obviously be keeping the gun, and will only refund you 75% of the purchase price for my time being waisted, so make sure your eligible to own firearms before contacting me.
The buyer is 100% responsible for the transfer fee and any other applicable fees.
My preferred FFL is Big Gun Enterprises in Henderson, so be forewarned, if you post an “I’ll take it” without speaking to me you are automatically agreeing to meet at Big Gun.
I am not opposed to other FFL’s but that will need to be worked out in private messages. As long as your preferred FFL does not make me return when you clear your BGC, and are not douche bag wanna be commandos, we can possibly work something out.
If your FFL is more than 7 miles away from me, expect to pay a modest fee of $0.65 per mile round trip.
(If I like you you’ll be exempt from this)
Be advised, I will not start the paperwork process until payment is in my hand. If you play games or waste my time, I will walk and block, and leave appropriate feedback.
And lastly, when we meet, you may inspect the gun, fondle it, grope it, and any applicable items. You may call the firearm your precious but under no circumstances may you call me your precious. If you pm me we can discuss my pronouns and If you must, You may engage in pleasantries/conversation with me for no more than 5 minutes.

in all seriousness though, I had someone recently request to meet at Spartan arms (76 miles round trip for me) to buy a firearm I was selling. Once at the shop this dude was contemplating the purchase for almost a half hour then decided to not buy.
That’s why I choose to lay everything out in simple terms. In all honesty half of it is satire.
