Are those Speer 243 rounds factory loaded ammo? I know Speer had handgun loads, but I had not seen factory rifle cartridges. Sorry, but it's not clear from the picture.

They look new but could be wrong, never dealt with them before

I'm not sure how to tell if they are quality reloads. Headstamps on the brass could be a clue.
