WTS Full Auto M16

This is an M16 in M4 configuration. Full floating Handguard. The condition is excellent, as can be seen in the photos. The gun is an NFA Title 2 weapon (sometimes referred to as Class 3) and is fully transferable. I prefer to sell this item to a Nevada resident becauses the transfer process is easier. The caliber is .223/5.56. There are not many full auto weapons available for sale, so this is an oppurtunity for anyone interested in such a weapon. Included are 1 each Magpul 30 round magazine, 10 each GI 30 round magazines, and 1 each 100 round Beta Mag. This gun is on the east side of Las Vegas, near Nellis AFB. I am asking $29,000.00.

Yeah you can assemble it to how you’d like. The actual lower is the title 2 item, nothing else.

No trades. As 42tula said you can build the receiver with any accessory that you want including a 4" barrel as their are no restrictions on
machine guns. You can also convert caliber to say 9mm if you want.

I am hearing that the wait for the transfer is running 6 to 8 months which is pretty fast considering I waited 1 year when I purchased it.
The lower is Olympic Arms and the conversion was done by PAWS.

E-form 4 are running 6-8.
Most paper form 4 ( person to person) are still in the 9-12 month.

I sold a MP5K 1 year ago and it took just under 8 months. The gun came with a matching seperate silencer and that took 1 year. Jr, it has been awhile. Hope all is well with you, your dad and your family. Hope to see you soon.
Correction: I was talking to the person that bought my MP5K and he is in Nevada and he said that he got approved for it in under 5 months, but he said that he also has some that he is waiting for running at 12 months.

Yes, the only part registered on that rifle is the lower. You can swap whatever you want as an upper as long as it's not in an SBR config.
