I stopped in this weekend to see about some M14 mags, but I was told none were in stock.

Do you know when they will be arriving?

Just a follow up.

I ended up picking up two of the M1A mags they were offering at a great price. Both functioned flawlessly when I got them. I was pretty excited.

However, I let one of the magazines sit loaded with 20 rounds for a few months, and it will no longer hold the bolt open when the magazine is empty. It doesnt have enough Oomph to get the follower up high enough to engage the action.

I'm aware of the necessity of rotating magaines and whatnot, but i'd expect one to still work after being loaded for a few months sitting still.

Maybe they need to be cleaned or modified, but regardless, It's no good without some for of modification.

Oh well. Ya get what you pay for!

Do you folks have any other M1A mags in stock? Is it possible for you to get the CMI mags? I'd much rather support you all than some random website. Not sure if you care or have looked, but 44mag.com offers the magazines wholesale to dealers.

I'll look into the CMI units but please bring the other magazine back in for an exchange.

thanks!

Hey thanks, not sure when I'd be able to come down there. I'm honestly not worried about a replacement, I just bought them to try em out. I'm mostly curious as to whether you'd be able to get any other ones. Post up if you do or can.
