*Enola Gaye cold burning smoke*

So as a follow up to Guido statement, I did a little more research. For retail sale in Incorporated Clark County, Fire Marshal hasn't 'signed off' on the smoke yet for resale (which I didn't know at the time). The reason I can get away with it at the gun club is its unincorporated, and well, for lack of a better term they kinda don't give a s**t all the way out there. I'll still sell these to anyone interested, however the meeting place would have to be at Pro Gun Club in Boulder City until Clark County has given their all mighty and powerful blessing. From my understanding after speaking to Enola Gaye, its in the process they're just waiting on ATF to get all the info over to the county.

No sweat. We were disappointed ourselves earlier this year because we used some for some filming we were doing for a TV show, and absolutely loved the product and saw the resale potential, but once we looked into it a bit found out we couldn't stock it in the store.

Stupid law, and unfortunately those are the ones that they actually enforce. :frown5:
