I kind of have to agree here. My order was odd as it was canceling an I store order and moving it to these and I just wanted to get a confirmation everything is handled. Thinking I want to add a 308 upper to go with my lower too.

If I did not get a confirmation does this mean my order did not go thru?
I was one of the first to order did confirmations start just lately? I do not want to put another order in and have to get four when I can only afford two.

I understand they are very busy so I will just wait and see if I get the two I want or none at all.

I believe just about every e-mail service will let you know if your email is not delivered so assuming you didn't get that bounce back your order went to an active email address.

This is why I am asking for a reply from NFA. I shut down my computer at end of every day and sometimes I get a message that I have unsent E-Mail. I am asked if I want to send them and always say yes. A few times the message comes up a few times and then goes away, so you see my problem i assume it was sent but really don't know.

what I mean is you'll get an email back from your email system telling you that email address isn't valid or is undeliverable.

too see what I mean send an email to sdkfnsdomgkfdmgd@fkgldkfmg.com. your email system will tell you it didn't work. so as long as your order went to sales@newfrontierarmory.com you should be all set. I also didn't get a confirmation e-mail.

You'll get a call when the lowers are ready. There were hundreds of orders and we can't call and e-mail all of them right now.

We make over 450 lowers a day at our shop, we'll make sure that anyone that wants one will get one, please don't worry.

I just did a quick search in the folder with all the e-mail orders in it, and if you followed the guidelines correctly and put your user name in the order, we don't have one.

Let me know what e-mail address you used and I'll try finding it that way or you can resubmit, and in the e-mail ask for a reply.

Again, we have no e-mails that have your screen name in them, so please follow the directions and send an e-mail in with the information requested.
