I’ll take this…

Smith & Wesson 686 357 performance center 7 shot, 2.5 barrel. Priced to sell FAST. It will be gone by the end of the day. Comes with original box factory wood grips and manual. $750.00

That's a nice gun.
I notice it's advertised as a 7 shot but I keep counting the cylinders and I see 8.
They made an 8 shot 686? I always thought it was just the TRR8

I just corrected the ad it was my mistake because I also own a 686 7 shot and I was thinking of that one but yes it is a 8 rounder, it also comes with the spacer that you load that was made for that gun so it won't misfire.

I noticed it was cut for moon clips as well. I had no idea these existed. That's sweet. Wish I was twenty minutes faster and $700 richer. Lol good catch TSDLV

The barrel sleeve also says 8x for the folks who are bad at counting. Quick way to spot one in future.

Also isn't a 686, looks like a model 627.

Yeah, I knew it was a 627 8x when I posted, “I’ll take it”. ?

Just for everyone‘s awareness, seller informed me that he accepted another deal that he is taking a deposit on. So I guess my “I’ll take it” means I’m 2nd. ??‍♂️

So you posted an I'll take it and he's refusing to sell it to you? Sounds like auctioning...

No luxon understand that I told him I have somebody that's going to leave me a deposit I gave them my word that's how I do business in selling guns when I give somebody my word I don't turn back, I should know shortly and then I will remove the ad.

Seems to me that TSDLV was pretty quick to claim the item. If you erroneous listed it, that is one thing... But if someone else made an offer before TSDLV did, surely you could provide proof? I imagine the other buyer would come forward in this thread to stake their claim, unless you made the deal off site with impeccable timing.
