THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN STATED IN THE OPENING POST...makes me a little leary of the business ethics of businesses that do not openly provide / display all Pertainent information
What are you talking about?

We have the following used guns for sale. Some are available for immediate sale and some are still on 30 day holds until the noted dates.
That has been there since the very start of the thread.

EDIT:
Oh, I understand where you got confused. They didn't expressly state that they could sell them before that time period, but they couldn't give them to you until they passed the 30 day hold.
I buy lots of second hand musical equipment so I'm used to this process, I can understand how this could confuse lots of people.

the edit hits it right on...I would have jumped on the 22lr SA if it was clear as is ........ I missed out on at least two pieces...

Honestly, I didn't figure it out either until the first one showed up with a "sold" label. I started paying a lot more attention after that...

Really confusing when something dated for sale in August is sold now in July :confused1:
Such are the ways of business. I'm sure G&A Garage didn't mean to get over on anybody like this, it was just a simple misunderstanding.
I was actually there to fill out my background papers for the Kimel Western Six a while ago, and believe I was talking with Adam. He said that this is actually a recently instated rule, and the thirty day hold didn't used to be on firearms sales. It's just red tape.

So a few people wanted me to take pictures of the Kimel when I got it. My camera isn't great, but these give an idea. For $75 I am more than happy with it. I went, and shot it yesterday after I picked it up, and it's surprisingly accurate, and has great action for a gun that's probably fourty, or fifty years old.
I had planned on replacing the grips, but actually I love the way that they date the gun. I'm probably going to take most of the grit off of all the metal bits though so that it doesn't eventually turn into rust. I really like the way this gun looks, and handles though. For the price I don't think anything can beat it.

I am pretty thick and I even understood what was going on the first time around. You can buy now and pick up later. I think Guido explained this a while back about a law that kept them from selling used guns without a hold period. Just more laws passed by our government..... Good luck Guns and Ammo, sounds like you are on to something hot!

$350 Para Ordinance P-14 Limited 1911 45ACP **Scratched finish but functional excellent**
I looked at this the other day when I was there. Anybody that wants a good shooter, and a great price, this is a DEAL!
It's not a showcase gun, but it would be great for carry, and training exercises.
