No luxon understand that I told him I have somebody that's going to leave me a deposit I gave them my word that's how I do business in selling guns when I give somebody my word I don't turn back, I should know shortly and then I will remove the ad.
I mean... He claimed it within like ten minutes. It really sounds like you got offered more and decided to take it. That's completely beside the point though
Per forum rules a posted "I'll take it" is supposed to get the item. You agreeing to those forum rules is also your word and predates either deal. Spin it however you'd like.
That said this isn't my call in any way. I'm nobody.

Seems to me that TSDLV was pretty quick to claim the item. If you erroneous listed it, that is one thing... But if someone else made an offer before TSDLV did, surely you could provide proof? I imagine the other buyer would come forward in this thread to stake their claim, unless you made the deal off site with impeccable timing.
No one is required to show proof of anything here, this is just a bulletin board for selling things. There are rules of course, but the forum does not require someone to prove when they made a deal that doesn't show up on the forum. The gun in question could have been sold 1 second before the "I will take it" was posted, no rules violate, and seller says he informed the member who posted the I'll Take it message of this. Nothing to prove.

Did not mean to insinuate that there was a requirement to show a proof of sale. Only that it would be easy to prove there was another deal made.

Poena238! As you can see I'm fairly new to this site and second, I've been selling quality guns for many years I probably had the best guns in anybody in this site, I'm a man of my word when I make a deal, I don't remember any time that I ever backed out once, I say my word I go ahead and go with it, this site has so many rules that it's hard to learn all at once in the beginning, sounds to me that you're disappointed that you didn't get to buy this gun I told everybody that it was going to sell today and it did because I had it for sale at a cheap price because I need money tomorrow, this site is alright but has too many rules that it takes somebody a little time to learn next to Armslist which is simple no rules like this site,

The rules aren't that hard or complex. Notice that some of us have perfect ratings and lots of deals completed? These excuses are nonsense and it's pretty plain to see. Nobody thinks you're clever with your "tactics" of bumping the thread either. Given that and this example It's not like it's hard to see that you just don't care about the rules despite whatever grandiose claims you make and whatever integrity you maintain.

I probably had the best guns in anybody in this site,
Thats certainly a claim to make.

The message everyone gets these days when joining the forum.

Welcome To The Forum!

Should you wish to sell anything using the Trading Post section(s) of the forum, please take a moment to read the Trading Post Rules, shown below, and which can also be found in sticky threads at the top of each of the three subsections of the Trading Post.

They are from the owner, TitanNV.

They are:

READ THE TRADING POST RULES BEFORE POSTING! ADS NOT COMPLYING WILL BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY!

Briefly they are:

READ THE TRADING POST RULES BEFORE POSTING! ADS NOT COMPLYING WILL BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY!

No more than 2 active ads at any one time, although they may have any number of items in each of the two ads. If there are three active ads from a single member, the oldest ad will be deleted without notice!

All Ads must have location (City), Price, value of items acceptable for trade if you are willing to trade, and a Picture of the ACTUAL ITEM you are selling, so the potential buyer can see the condition of the item YOU are offering for sale. This means NO FILE PHOTOS or STOCK PHOTOS.

The above may be found at: https://www.nevadashooters.com/thre...complying-will-be-deleted-immediately.152196/

In detail they are:

Trading Post rules; Trading Post rules - PRICE, PICS, LOCATION REQUIRED- NO "thread crapping"!

Remember these 5 rules when posting ads.

1 - Pics Of ACTUAL ITEM IN YOUR POSSESSION being offered for sale so buyers can judge its condition

2 - Price IN U.S. $ DOLLARS

3 - Location (city and if outside of NV, the state also)

4 - Consolidate Ads - no more than 2 ads per member per subforum.

5 - Bumping - No bumping (by ad original poster) within 24 hours of the most recent post in the thread.

Failure to follow these guidelines will result in Ads being deleted without notice.

Thanks

~TitanNV

All items for sale must have a U.S. Dollar price, location and actual pics of ALL items being offered for sale, not stock photos.

All WTT items must have a US Dollar $ trade value. Realistic TRADE VALUE is what needs to be in the ad. As in: "I know what my item is worth, and I'm trying to judge what you think yours is worth to know whether or not to even discuss offering a trade."

Only 2 active threads at a time. Multiple items may be offered in one ad.

Please do not post the multiple ads for the same item (s).

Please do not "bump" ads more than once per 24 hours.

Trading Post ads will close automatically if there has been no activity (comments or bumps) after 90 days.

-NO PERSONALLY RELOADED AMMUNITION may be offered for sale. Commercially reloaded ammunition such as that produced by companies like Precision Cartridge, Blackhills, etc. is allowed for sale, but no unknown source ammunition may be offered for sale.

-

-NO SALES OF BANNED ITEMS or otherwise ILLEGAL SALES! Firearms Sales to persons living in NV must follow all NV state firearms laws as well as Federal Firearms Laws, and go through a FFL Dealer.

Firearms Sales to persons living in other states must follow NV State Firearms Laws, the Firearms laws of the state of residence of the buyer or seller, and all Federal Firearms Laws, and go through a Federal Firearms Dealer. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Buyers,

First "I'll take it" post in the ad takes precedence over other responses. No soliciting counter offers, This site IS NOT AN AUCTION SITE! And seeking counter offers is starting an auction!

And lastly, when you complete a sale, whether you are the buyer or seller, please take a moment to complete the feed back for the transaction, you can find out how to do that at this link:

http://www.nevadashooters.com/threads/how-to-leave-feedback-for-a-transaction.142100/

Thank you.The above can be found at: https://www.nevadashooters.com/thre...ad-crapping-read-before-posting-an-ad.139859/

Additionally, you might want to read through these two stickies, found in the General Conversation Section of the forum:

(6) Effective Immediately - No Politics as it relates to

anything but Second Amendment | Nevada Shooters

and

(6) GENERAL CONVERSATION guidelines | Nevada Shooters

Thanks., ~TitanNV "

Again, welcome to the Nevada Shooters Forum!

Steve / AKA NYECOGunsmith

Pretty simple rules, and fully explained I think. If Armslist has no rules, then that's their worry, and anyone who doesn't like having rules to follow for our trading post is free to stop using the trading post and only deal on Armslist or anywhere else they like.

I'm not an obsessed member like you are I have other things I do in my life besides putting so much emphasis on this site selling guns or buying which I probably been doing it before you were born, I had people on this site actually turn me away after telling me they're going to buy my guns okay?? But I don't let it bug me because I sold them actually for more and everything happens for a reason that's how I see it.

Personal attacks aside you're just not following the rules and repeatedly making excuses that they're too hard to follow. Just stop please. Your insults and grandstanding are innocuous. Good luck with whatever you've got going on forcing the sales.
